As the Café Appliances brand continues expanding into beverage preparation, our challenge was to create a drip coffee machine that stands apart from typical utilitarian kitchen appliances. The goal was clear: form, function, and feel must all work in harmony to match the elegance of the brand’s identity while ensuring high usability. The Café Drip Coffee Machine brings together sophisticated design language and intuitive performance. Soft yet structured forms, coupled with signature copper detailing, create a statement appliance for modern kitchens.

•  Precision Glass Carafe Features a modern, minimal handle with copper inlay that complements the body design. The transparent glass highlights the purity of the brew.

•  Seamless User Experience Clean, easy-to-lift lids, visible water level indicator, and smart cord storage all contribute to a clutter-free workflow.

•  Color Variants for Lifestyle Matching Available in four brand-consistent colors—white, black, sage, and graphite—each finished with the same refined copper detailing.

Our design journey began by deconstructing the archetype of the traditional drip coffee makers. We studied existing Café products and defined the visual DNA—matte finishes, metallic accents, and rounded geometries with strong stance. Every surface, curve, and material was chosen to reflect the premium feel of Café’s design-first ethos. From the glass carafe to the solid copper-ringed handle, it offers an elevated experience that makes daily brewing feel like a lifestyle moment.

The Café Drip Coffee Machine brings together sophisticated design language and intuitive performance. Soft yet structured forms, coupled with signature copper detailing, create a statement appliance for modern kitchens. The result is a machine which is designed as part of the broader Café beverage line, echoing the same attention to detail, material warmth, and minimalist softness that defines the brand across products.

Reimagining the filter coffee machine with Café’s design language of softness and hierarch, we defined design identity of the new filter coffee machine:

Unified Body Language

The vertical monolith design houses both water and electronics in a clean monolithic volume, minimizing visible parts and emphasizing the silhouette.

Copper Accent Strategy

Copper accents were strategically used around key touchpoints—the Brew button, the base trim, filter compartment, and carafe handle—offering warmth and consistency with the Café design language.

Single Interface Philosophy

A single, copper-ringed “Brew” button with a digital display simplifies the interaction, eliminating visual clutter and elevating usability.

Material & Finish Matching

Matte white, charcoal, sage, and black colorways align with the Café palette, paired with copper details and soft textures for visual and tactile harmony.

This drip machine expands the Café beverage category with a product that’s instantly recognizable, emotionally engaging, and brand-aligned. More than a kitchen appliance, it acts as a piece of design—one that complements both function and style in equal measure.
